Prior to coming aboard as CEO of Zooppa, Wil made a career at the intersection of media and technology. For four years he served as a Senior Vice President for the Corbis Corporation, Bill Gates' wholly owned private digital media company. Wil also spent eighteen years with Time–Warner, Inc. in posts around the globe including President for Europe/Middle East/Africa for the Time and Fortune Publishing Division.

Aaron Gallion
Director of Business Development
Aaron is an industry veteran, with a diverse background across multiple disciplines in marketing and advertising. He has worked in major advertising and marketing agencies, managed large teams, and sold for both national and international publishers. He has over 13 years of experience bringing marketing solutions to a wide variety of clients. When not at work, he can be found on the golf course, most likely in a bunker.

Paul Ryall
Marketing, Zooppa USA
Paul is a highly successful marketing professional with over twenty years experience in building and developing online and traditional media businesses. An entrepreneurial self-starter, Paul also co-founded a successful UK start-up acquired by Bill Gates’ Corbis Corporation. His passions include video production and music and have led to his making music videos and full-length documentaries.

Josh Barnes
Community Manager, Zooppa USA
Josh has spent six years in online advertising, at Travelocity, Microsoft, and a small startup in San Francisco that you’ve never heard of. He was born and raised in Seattle, moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in traditional advertising, but happily got distracted by new media. Josh got an MBA from Seattle University in 2007, and has a B.S. in Cellular Biology from the University of Washington.

T.A. is the founder and CEO of Gist, an online service that helps build stronger business relationships. In addition to advising Zooppa, T.A. has previously worked for Vulcan Capital and Polaris Venture Partners, and has held senior positions at Microsoft

Nicholas Wieland
Chief Technical Officer
Nicholas started out working for Neato several years ago, building their CRM and e–commerce site. He worked as a consultant for four years, for customers like Telecom Italia and banking institutions like Monte dei Paschi di Siena, writing more or less everything that was writable on a computer, from multiplatform clients for fax servers to the whole reporting system of MPS. After that he worked with other Ruby experts in Italy to write the first and as yet the only book in Italian on Ruby, which was published in 2006. In the meantime he helped to start Assembla and Hotchalk. He's been working at Zooppa since April, 2007.

Fabio Dal Colle
Art Director & Project Manager
Fabio was born in Vicenza in 1983. He grew up in a soccer field near his house having breaks on his computer or drawing his favorite manga. After graduating in Design at Politecnico di Milano, he has achieved a Master degree in Computer Graphic at BigRock. First member of Zooppa, he's been working on it since December 2006. He has been a Graphic Designer and a Product Manager at Zooppa Italia since 2007. His portfolio has since expanded to include Product Coordination and Product Management for Zooppa USA as well.

Michele Gerarduzzi
Web Developer
Michele fell in love with computers in 1984, when his father brought home an Olivetti M20. It was all downhill from there: Michele spent way too many hours in front of a keyboard and a screen. Then came the World Wide Web, and he decided to build a career out of it. Holding a degree in Computer Science from the University of Venice, Michele is interested in all facets of web applications, with a particular interest in frontend development. Known to have a passion for digital photography, design and typography, he is a fan of the Seattle music scene both past and present and has a steadily growing collection of baseball hats.

Oscar Del Ben
Software Developer
Oscar joined Zooppa in October, 2007 as an external contractor. He has previously worked for a real estate startup in Italy and for a few other software agencies. He likes new technologies and in his free time when he is not behind a computer or a book he likes to spend time doing exciting stuff and practicing martial arts.

Riccardo Donadon
A pioneer in online marketing, Riccardo has helped found several high tech companies in Italy including Mall Italy Lab and E-TREE. In 2005 Riccardo founded H-Farm with the objective of fostering innovation and building successful startups.
Max Ciccotosto
In addition to serving on the board at Zooppa, Max is the founder and CEO of Wishpot, the social shopping site. Previously, he was a Lead Program Manager at Microsoft.
Maurizio Rossi
Building from his years of experience in marketing, and retail and wholesale distribution, Maurizio joined H-Farm in order to be a part of the innovations of the twenty-first century.
