The main goal of “In Liguria”, the Liguria region tourism agency, is to promote the image of the area and facilitate the arrival of tourists in Liguria.
Fundamental objectives of the Agency are the promotion and the development of tourism and thematic offer in Liguria. Further details on what Liguria offers are available at the regional tourism portal www.turismoinliguria.it
Target
“In Liguria” agency wants videos reflecting the emotions of an experience in Liguria. The videos must have a high level of virality and involvement from internet users. We welcome contributions that offer a new and curious point of view, but they should never be boring and banal.
Message
Videos may represent one or more aspects of what Liguria has to offer tourists (eg: sea, food and wine, art and culture, outdoor sports, traditional villages, etc...), as well as the diversity of the landscape (coast, inland , mountains, etc..).
The key requirement is to avoid a didactic and institutional tone. The unique nature of the videos should be characterized by high levels of emotion and surprise.
Target
Italian and foreign tourists.
Values to communicate
Intensity of experiences, emotion, fun, beauty of the region.
Tone of voice
Emotional and intriguing.
Requirements
- Each video must be under 90 seconds (60 seconds preferred) and the guiding motive of the video must be the emotion of an experience in Liguria.
- Videos may also contain, multimedia content (voice-over, music, computer graphics, 3D processing, etc..).
- If the videos contain voiceovers in Italian, English subtitles must be included. In the case of English voiceover, you must insert Italian subtitles.
- If the videos contain text, it may be in both Italian and English. In the event of a winning submission, we’ll ask you to provide the video in the other language.
- Videos must include the LIGURIA logo in the last frame.

In the "materials" section you can download the LIGURIA logo to include in the last frame of video.
Video Usage
In Liguria agency will use all the videos for promotional purposes on all its online channels (www.turismoinliguria.it, social media channels, blogs) and the top two finishers are expected to spread offline as well.
Awards
In Liguria Agency has provided $ 19,000* for this contest divided into different prizes.
All videos received during the contest will be screened by a jury consisting of video-makers and tourism experts. The jury will identify - at its own discretion - the most deserving videos, rewarding them with the following prizes:
Best Video: $ 6,000
Offline fee included.
Second Place: $ 5,000
Offline fee included.
Third prize: $ 3,500
Online only fee included
Fourth place: $ 2,000
Online only fee included
Fifth place: $ 1,500
Online only fee included
Honorable Mention: $ 1,000
* Zooppa ITALY will pay the amount of such premiums by bank transfer within approximately ninety (90) days from receipt of the above forms of payment. Payment will be made in your local currency according to the exchange with the dollar on the day of payment. Each prize won is subject to a withholding tax equal to 25% on the amount won.

The customer reserves a right of preference on all uploaded contents. The details are listed here: The customer is granted the right of preference on the exclusive license to use uploaded contents for a period of 12 months from the date of closing of the contest for both online and off-line channels. The right of preference, if exercised, involves the customer's purchase of the exclusive license on contents for online channels and / or off-line on terms to be agreed between the parties with a special written agreement. If a user wants to transfer to another person the exclusive license (both online and off-line) on its contents shall immediately inform Zooppa which, within 20 days of receiving notice from the user, should inform the customer on the intentions of the user. The customer has the right to exercise its right of preference within 20 days of notice's receiving of Zooppa. In the event that the customer exercises his right of preference, Zooppa will contact the customer and the user and will handle the relations between them. In the event that the client and the user did not reach an agreement within 40 days after the exercise of the right of preference of the customer, the user is free to assign the exclusive license of its content to others.
