Requirements

- Download the Talent Release from the materials page for all actors in your film. Submit upon upload. Children must have a talent release signed by parent or guardian
- Video must contain the phrase "Hut!,” spoken as many times as you like.
- In addition to Section 6 of the Membership Obligations, the submission must not include any music, or any “branded” football paraphernalia or logos
- REMEMBER, no trademarked or copyrighted words, phrases or images may be used in your submission.
Special rules
SECTION 4 OF THE SUBMISSION AGREEMENT IS NULL AND VOID. CONSEQUENTLY, ENTRANT HAS NO RIGHT TO, IN ANY MANNER, USE OR DISPLAY THE SUBMISSION EXCEPT FOR PURPOSES OF ENTRY INTO THIS CONTEST.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Pizza Hut, Inc. and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used in connection with the Contest or in connection with promotional or other activities by Sponsor.
Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. 18 and over, and who are, or become, a fan of Pizza Hut on Facebook, and a member of Zooppa. Contest void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Contest starts 5:00:00 p.m. CT on 12/10/12 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 01/20/12.
At the sole discretion of Pizza Hut, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Sponsor may elect (but shall be under no such obligation) to integrate one (1) or more winner(s)’ submission(s) in Sponsor’s commercial advertising. In the event a winner’s Video is elected for inclusion in such advertising, within forty-eight (48) hours of contact by Sponsor, such winner must sign such other agreements as may be required by Sponsor in connection with the rendition of any services in connection with such advertising and agrees that if production of such advertising should come under the jurisdiction of any collective bargaining agreement to which Sponsor or its agencies is a signatory, winner shall be deemed a scale performer, and paid the applicable wages and receive the benefits corresponding to a scale performer. Note: Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks of any and all records of the potential winners and those appearing in the winners’ Videos, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports to confirm eligibility. To the extent necessary under law, the potential winners and those appearing in the winners’ Videos shall authorize this background check to confirm such eligibility. Sponsor may also take all steps necessary to corroborate any information provided to Sponsor by the potential winners and those appearing in the winners’ Videos. To that end, the potential winners and those appearing in the Videos may be obligated to provide necessary contacts and other information so that the Sponsor may conduct such investigation. If not eligible, Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify the potential Grand Prize winner from any prize element based on the background check, including criminal record.

The Zooppa Sharing Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 4:00 p.m. (PST) on 12/20/2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. (PST) on 1/30/2013 (“Promotional Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants (“Entrants”) must visit http://zooppa.com/contests/pizza-hut-hut-hut/brief (the “Sweepstakes Homepage”) and share the Sweepstakes Homepage, or any of the competition videos, with at least three (3) people during the Promotional Period. The link shared must be clicked on and the page must be viewed by ate least three (3) people in order to qualify.
To share the Sweepstakes Homepage or any of the competition videos, an Entrant must click on one of the social media icons (Facebook, Twitter, or email) in the sharing toolbar (located on the Sweepstakes Homepage), execute the share through the social network selected, and complete the online registration form as directed. This sharing sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Delicious. THE SELECTION AND EXECUTION OF A SHARE THROUGH A SOCIAL NETWORK, SUCH AS FACEBOOK OR TWITTER, IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOCIAL NETWORK SELECTED.
A single share (“Share”) occurs when one (1) person visits the Sweepstakes Homepage by following the link that the Entrant provide through the registration and sharing process. An Entrant will be entered in the Sweepstakes upon the third Share, i.e., as soon as a third person follows the link provided by the Entrant to visit the Sweepstakes Homepage. The third Share must occur during the Promotional Period in order for the Entrant to receive an entry in the Drawing. Maximum of one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of Shares or the number of e-mail addresses used. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
After three (3) or more people have clicked on the link provided by the Entrant to visit the Sweepstakes Homepage, i.e., three (3) Shares for that Entrant, the Entrant is qualified for an entry in the drawing. 2. Eligibility:
Except where regulated or restricted by law, the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached 18 years of age at time of entry. (the “Sponsor”), Zooppa, Inc. or their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, suppliers, or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals, whether related or not, living in the households of the above are not eligible to enter or win. Other eligibility requirements and conditions of participation are set forth in these official rules for the Sweepstakes (“Official Rules”) All federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. 3. Entry Conditions:
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Neither Sponsor nor any telephone network or service provider is responsible: for incorrect transcription of entry information; for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service; or for any other error or malfunction.
4. Drawing:
On or about 2/14/2013, one (1) prize winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected (the “Drawing”) from among all eligible Entrants who are qualified for the Drawing as a result of accumulating three (3) Shares during the Promotional Period. The Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
One prize (“Prize”) of $500 USD will be awarded to the Winner.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entrants who accumulated at least three (3) Shares during the Promotional Period.
7. Prize Restrictions:
The Winner is responsible for the payment of any and all applicable federal, state or local taxes on or related to the Prize or any portion thereof, and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically described above. The Winner may waive his/her right to receive the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded (if Winner does not waive the right to receive the Prize).
8. Winner Notification:
Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules, including the eligibility requirements. The potential Winner will be notified within seven (7) days after the Drawing. The Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes. The Winner may be required, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release (where legal), a Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within fourteen (14) days after prize notification. Forfeiture of Prize and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following at the Sponsor’s discretion: (a) potential Winner’s inability to accept the Prize; (b) failure of a potential Prize Winner, if so requested by Sponsor, to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and a completed IRS Form W-9, within fourteen (14) days after e-mail notification; (c) the return of any notification or Prize as undeliverable; and (d) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules.
9. Prize Delivery:
The Prize will be delivered to the Winner within seven (7) days after Sponsor verifies the Winner’s identity and eligibility to win the Prize.
10. Publicity Release:
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city and state, and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, the Winner agrees to consent to execute an appropriate written release of rights in this regard.
11. Release and Indemnification; Conditions:
