Objective:

With just one month before Black Friday would officially kick-off the holiday shopping season, Zappos.com wanted to maximize the return on some unexpected money in their marketing budget with a crowdsourced commercial for the holiday season, and fast! Seeking something creative, cost-effective, and quick, they turned to Zooppa to help them build a campaign.

Results:

  • Nearly 200 high-definition, ready-to-broadcast videos from which to choose.
  • 8 winning commercials that emphasized the wide variety of products (not just shoes) that Zappos.com sells online.
  • Top videos ran on such networks as ABC Family, FX, TBS, TNT, and other major cable networks.
