Will the Early Bird prize winner be announced early, or will it be announced with the other prizes after the contest is over?

An excellent question! Generally our Early Entry award winners are announced early, but how early is at the discretion of Margaritaville. Not to mention that the fantastic community uploaded so many quality submissions, that they have a lot of hard decisions to make.

It will probably be 1-2 weeks from the Early Entry deadline.

Hi ZooppaUSA! I just have a quick question. I successfully uploaded my video last night. However, every time I click on the link from the page that has all of the video’s attached to it, once it has gone to specifically my video, it says “Error: no resource found. Please reload the page or check the link.” However, when I click on the author name to look at all the video’s we’ve done, it’s there and it’s just fine. What is causing this error message? I would really prefer to not send out a link that will cause people to not go through extra steps just to see the video.

I clicked in from the videos page, and your video played great. Try clearing your browsing history and cookies, and try again. I’ll look into it on this end, but at the moment can’t replicate the issue.

Was the early entry video already awarded for this? I see the Captian Compardi video by the award?

Yeah the Compardi Video had us laughin defiantly deserved the win. Thanks for saying so about our video, its our second one. We are lovin Zooppa thanks for all you do! We will be making these for a long time to come!

Zooppa, you really need to get your act together. People will understand if there are delays because a company isn’t doing things on time, but you need to be a little transparent about it. It’s incredibly frustrating to just be sitting around over a week after the winners were supposed to be announced without so much as an apology, explanation, revised schedule, or even acknowledgement that you’re behind, this is extremely unprofessional.

Maybe the Margaritaville people are enjoying there own product to much ;-)
